    The EZLIFTER….

    Each leg of the Riggers’ EZ LIFTER gantry is a complete self-contained unit consisting
    of an electric motor, hydraulic pump, hydraulic control valves, reservoir and a
    planetary gear drive transmission for propelling the gantry leg.

    The EZLIFTER has four hydraulic cylinders per gantry leg fastened to a header plate
    with swivel connections.  This lifting platform provides rock solid stability and safe,
    reliable operation.  The gantry legs travel forward or reverse on a track.  They are
    driven by a hydraulic motor and controlled from the pendant control.

    Once at the site a gantry can be set up and ready to operate in less than two hours.  
    No assembly is required.  Just set the gantry on its tracks, plug it in and it’s ready
    to lift.

    The EZLIFTER is easy to operate.  The controls are operated with two joy sticks.  
    Digital readouts of height and pressure are provided to guide the operator.  The CARL
     Control System monitors AND synchronizes lift, travel, and side shifting.  The system
    activates easily understood warning lights when any of the three dimensions are out
    of alignment.  The control console is a 7 pound pendant making it easy to move to the
    best observation post and travel with the load.

    The EZLIFTER is powered by electricity.  No noisy polluting gasoline engine to make
    life miserable.  Small electric cables connect the gantry to the control panel, avoiding
    the mess of hydraulic hoses.
